General and Shipping FAQs
We help businesses set up their brand in Canva with custom brand-aligned templates and training, making design effortless while ensuring brand quality and consistency.
We also sell Canva templates in our shop which you can customise yourself to align with your own brand.
Australia wide shipping is a flat rate of $7 and world wide is $25. No signature is required upon receiving your purchase.
Rise and Roar Design™ do not take responsibility for an address that is incorrectly entered at the time of placing an order at check out. Please double-check the order confirmation email once you have placed the order to ensure the correct information has been entered. We wouldn't want someone else receiving your purchase!
Upon receiving your order, we will package and post your order within 48 hours. Because we are a small team, we schedule postage days so we can be super efficient!
Canva Template FAQs
All templates are created in Canva. You’ll need a Free or Pro account to access and use the templates (please note: the majority of templates will require a Pro Canva account to use). There's a range of free templates that any Canva user can access and also pro templates which are only available to those who pay for a Canva Pro Account. If you don’t have an account, click here to join up.
Those who:
- want to create their own graphic design for their business
- are wanting to build and grow their business on their own terms
- enjoy creating graphic designs but don’t know where to start
- are a start-up and don’t have a big budget for graphic design yet
- love to learn new skills and thrive on getting things done on your own terms

- are creative, not so creative, a graphic designer or not a graphic designer at all - basically anyone can use our templates!
We create our templates in a similar style across multiple designer templates including flyers, brochures, social media posts, Instagram Stories etc. So, if you like the style of one template, you will easily find a similar in another size or document type on our template gallery - currently, Canva's standard templates don't offer this.
Also, if you have a Canva Pro Account, you have access to templates that Free users do not, which means the templates you're using are more exclusive.

Of course! You can use as many as you like and as frequently as you like.
Most definitely! They have been designed in a way that allows for easy editing of text, colour and images. Our templates align with Canva's strict template creation rules, so you can rest assured they have been created with easy editing in mind.

The beauty of the templates is it’s easy enough for you to do yourself! If you get a bit stuck, Canva has a fantastic library of how-to blog posts and videos that can help you navigate their platform!
No it doesn't matter at all because the colours and fonts are fully editable. You can simply change the colours to blue, pink, purple - whatever your brand colours are!
