Templates
All templates created by Rise and Roar Design is Copyrighted by Rise and Roar Design and may not be sold, redistributed or given away. You may not resell, redistribute or share these templates in any way for any reason, claim these templates as your own, or sell any Rise and Roar Design product on any online store (including but not limited to Ebay, Creative Market, Etzy, GumTree or general online stores). You may change or modify the template in way of font, colour, imagery and layout for use for your business marketing materials such as social media posts, documents, stationery and supporting materials for your brand.

When you purchase a product from Rise and Roar Design, you are not buying the copyright to the product, you are buying the 'right' to use the product in a certain way as stated above. You may not copy, loan, give away, or sell the product to someone else, because the copyright remains the property of Rise and Roar Design.

Templates created on the Canva platform (www.canva.com) can only be used on the Canva platform. A free or paid account is required to edit these templates. You will be required to sign up to this platform in order to edit the templates.

Fonts
All fonts used in the templates are free Canva fonts. If you wish to use a font that is not available on the free version of Canva, you may wish to upgrade your account at your own expense. Alternatively, if you have the paid account you may wish to upload your own fonts to use on the templates.

Back Ups
Please ensure to save your designs in Canva before exiting the platform. Rise and Roar Design is not responsible for templates and template work lost, deleted or in any way damaged after purchasing.

Printing
If you wish to print your designs after editing the purchased template, please make sure you check colours, bleeds, trim lines, safe zones, dpi, text and fonts of the template before printing. Rise and Roar Design will not be held responsible for printing errors.

Template Stock Photos
All stock images used in template marketing materials are for mockup only. If you wish to use these images, please visit www.unsplash.com to download for yourself.

Free Materials and Resources
All free materials, resources, downloadables, PDF files and the like found on the Website are designed and created by Rise and Roar Design. All rights are reserved. You may download and use the free materials and resources for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute or resell in part or in it's entirety. You may share the free materials and resources on your blog or other social media websites (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Youtube) as long as credit is given and linked back to www.riseandroardesign.com or www.instagram.com/riseandroardesign

Refunds
Due to the nature of the templates being digital, refunds are not available. If you have questions or need clarification about our terms and conditions, please get in touch at: hello@riseandroardesign.com. If you have issues with your Canva account, please contact Canva directly.
